Police are accusing Gabriela M. Shaw, 27, of Las Cruces, NM of stabbing her ex-husband at least 3 times with a knife. According to detectives the two were at home together Thursday night when Shaw was going through her ex-husbands phone, at which time she pulled out a knife and stabbed her ex-husband at least three times.
He was taken to Mountain View Regional Medical Center with what police believed to be non-life-threatening injuries. Shaw was taken into custody and later released on a $15,000 bond. It was later revealed, the text that set off Shaw was a text message that said “hi” from the victim’s mother. Ok, I am just kidding here – no information on what she saw was released!
